Render failure — consumed credits are credited back to the ledger automatically. No support request required.

Unused purchased credits — refundable to the original payment method on request within 14 days of purchase. File from the account email to [email protected], referencing the transaction.

Non-refundable — credits consumed by completed renders; bonus credits (zero cost, no cash value).

Settlement window — approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically 5–10 business days depending on the issuer.
