Service Terms

Scope — Renderith exposes third-party video and image generation models through a single metered interface. Each render is billed in prepaid credits at the unit price displayed before dispatch; the displayed price is authoritative even if per-model rates change later.

Credit ledger — credits are a prepaid balance: non-transferable, non-interest-bearing, not legal tender. No expiry is applied; the balance persists until spent. On render failure, the consumed credits are credited back to the ledger automatically, with no support request required.

Acceptable use — renders must not produce unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or violate the upstream model providers' usage policies. Violations may result in account suspension.

Output license — generated assets belong to the account holder to the extent upstream provider terms permit. Downstream use, publication and its consequences are the account holder's responsibility.

Dependencies — the platform depends on external model providers; service is provided as is with no availability SLA. Unit prices per model are subject to change.
